If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift. Special Requirements: Must be in IL 3 business days prior to compliance HDD in order to meet fingerprinting requirements. Required Vascular Case Skills/Experience: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Aortobifemoral bypass, Aortoenteric fistula repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Laparoscopic assisted cases, TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair), Vein Stripping. Required Endoscopic Procedure Skills/Experience: Bronchoscopy, EGD, Laparoscopic assisted cases. Required General Surgery Skills/Experience: Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Whipple.
