TeamHealth has an excellent full-time opportunity for a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our emergency department team at Parkland Health Center in Farmington, Missouri. Parkland Health Center is affiliated with BJC Healthcare. BJC Healthcare hospitals have been recognized on the U.S. News & World Report Honor Roll of America's top Hospitals.

About Parkland Health Center's Emergency Department
  • Annual patient volume of 30,000
  • 29-bed ED
  • EMR: Epic
  • 34 hours of physician coverage
  • 24 hours of APC coverage
Position Requirements
  • Boarded through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • We ask that you have a minimum of 2 years of EM experience as a PA or NP to apply
  • Current ACLS and PALS certifications
  • Missouri medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
