Job Summary:
Paramount Community Living and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities:
Provide resident care, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility issues, and vital signs monitoring
Accurately document care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and other pertinent information in electronic health records
Communicate effectively with the nursing staff and supervisor regarding any changes in residents' conditions or concerns
Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care
Work Environment:
This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred
Current CNA certification in Kansas required
Physical ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care
