What You’ll Do You’ll work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. Day to day, that means: Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans Building skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days What We Offer Competitive Pay No RBT yet?
