Healthcare Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Director, Corporate Compliance, the Compliance Analyst works closely with department leadership on processes and systems to investigate, monitor, track, and report allegations of non-compliance; support compliance awareness and training; assist with onboarding of new facilities; and promotes a culture of compliance across the organization. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree Required Work Experience 2 years of experience with a healthcare organization in a compliance role or a comparable role in a care management, accreditation, quality or risk management position Required Additional Licenses and Certifications Certified in Healthcare Compliance ("CHC") Required Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance ("CHPC") Preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Piedmont Healthcare Inc.
