Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide medication management and monitor patient responses to treatments. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as EPIC. Job Location Baton Rouge Clinic - Perkins, 7373 Perkins Rd, Baton Rouge, LA 70808 Department Nursing Class Full-Time Basic Skills Required Proficient in patient assessment techniques and clinical decision-making. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Specific Skills Required Current Nurse Practitioner License Qualified applicant needs at least 1 year of previous NP experience.
