Job Title: IT Administrative Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Associate to provide technical support to internal employees. The successful candidate will assist with troubleshooting network outages, handle voicemail box setup, and offer Tier 1 support. This role involves a balanced mix of phone and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal employees.
• Troubleshoot network outages and open trouble tickets with circuit vendors as necessary, including individual stores' internet circuits.
• Set up, configure, and delete voicemail boxes.
• Write clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Communicate effectively via phone and email, primarily with internal employees and occasionally with vendors.

Essential Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service performing technical support.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus.

This is a fully onsite position.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
