Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for experienced Sales Professionals who possess great interpersonal and written communication skills. Pay averages roughly $59,000 and can grow to unlimited after one year. We also offer compensation on accessories and customer surveys. Responsibilities Greeting customers promptly Obtaining customer and vehicle information Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle Preparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establishing follow‑up time Monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers frequently Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explaining all completed work and charges to customers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong automotive background Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Strong teamwork skills Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check Must have a clean and valid driver's license Ability to work some evenings and most Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 5 PM Benefits Competitive pay, unlimited income potential Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Matching 401(k) plan Paid vacation Cafeteria plan No Sundays & one weekday off (5‑day work week) Spiffs and rewards #J-18808-Ljbffr Gordie Boucher Ford of Janesville
