Qualifications and Experience:
• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional in school settings is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated patience, reliability, and understanding when working with children

• Familiarity with classroom routines and educational support duties
• Ability to follow teacher direction and district guidelines

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in instructional tasks, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Supervise students during class activities, meals, and transitions
• Help monitor classroom behavior and promote positive interactions
• Support students with special needs in various learning scenarios
• Contribute to the smooth operation of the classroom by preparing materials and maintaining organization
• Communicate regularly with teachers and staff regarding student progress
