Travel Ultrasound Technician

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Ultrasound Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of ultrasound examinations, including general ultrasound, cardiovascular, and obstetric (OB) procedures. This role requires a high level of skill and competence in sonography, with a focus on patient care and quality imaging.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound procedures on patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and report findings to healthcare providers.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the examination process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document all ultrasound exams and associated data accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ultrasound imaging.
• BLS certification required.
• Certification through ARRT or ARDMS required.
• Graduate of an accredited sonographer program.
• Permanent address must be over 50 miles from the facility.
