The Opportunity

• Seeking valued, independent full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our Anesthesia team.
• Up to $50K sign on bonus for eligible providers.
• 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
• Experienced CRNAs preferred.
• Compensation is $335K annual package, broken down to $186 per hour.
• No call, no weekends.
• No CV or OB. General plus Endo cases.

The Practice



Mount Carmel Dublin, Surgical Hospital - Dublin, Ohio

• Scheduled to open April 2025.
• New hospital will contain 30 inpatient beds and 10 observation beds.
• Operating and procedure rooms, as well as an outpatient lab.
• Emergency department with 14 bays.
