We're looking for a skilled Concrete Finisher to perform the operations that transform freshly placed concrete into durable, finished surfaces. You'll work alongside installation crews to ensure every slab, sidewalk, driveway, and foundation is completed to specification.

What You’ll Do:  

• Screed, float, edge, groove, broom, and trowel freshly placed concrete  
• Monitor curing conditions and adjust finishing techniques accordingly  
• Produce smooth, broom, or decorative finishes as required  
• Maintain proper elevations, slopes, and surface consistency  
• Operate concrete finishing tools and equipment  
• Work alongside placement crews to complete pours efficiently  
• Follow company safety standards 

What You Need:  

• Previous concrete finishing experience  
• Knowledge of finishing techniques and concrete behavior  
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions  
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail  
• Reliable transportation
