Pharmacy ManagerYour future role at a glanceLocation: Bartlesville, OKFacility: Ascension Jane Phillips Medical CenterDepartment: Retail PharmacySchedule: Full-Time, Monday-FridaySign-on Bonus: $20,000How You'll Make An Impact In This RoleManage Daily Operations: Oversee daily retail dispensing inside the hospital to ensure fast, safe prescription service for discharged patients and staff.Drive Business Growth: Build and launch new outpatient programs, bedside delivery, and clinical services to increase patient capture and revenue.Lead And Train Staff: Coach pharmacy team members to provide great customer care and accurate service that builds lasting patient trust.Track Financial Goals: Monitor sales reports and manage budgets to boost retail profit and support the hospital's long-term business goals.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:Pharmacist credentialed from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy required.Licensed Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
