Overview As a Community Manager , you will be the voice of our clients' brands on social media. You'll engage with followers, respond to comments, and build loyal communities. This role requires excellent communication and empathy . You'll create positive experiences that turn followers into fans. Responsibilities Respond to comments and messages Build and nurture online communities Monitor brand mentions and sentiment Escalate issues appropriately Generate UGC and engagement Must Have 2+ years community management Excellent written communication Customer service mindset Crisis handling experience Strong empathy and patience Nice to Have Multiple language skills Forum moderation experience Social listening tool expertise Brand ambassador program management Event community building What’s great in the job?
