Responsibilities Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere Multitask effectively and work with a sense of urgency Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience Understand accountability and integrity in daily operations Serve as Key Holder Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of the store Bake bread and perform all prep as needed Manage and lead a crew of 3 to 7 people Proficient in slicing Create employee schedules Place inventory orders Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed Assist in employee training Lead by example Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions Qualifications Education: High school degree or equivalent 1 year QSR experience preferred Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler Must have reliable transportation Key Competencies Excellent menu and product knowledge with an upbeat personality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Desire to improve self and skill sets Effective communication with guests and a confident, friendly demeanor Participation in Jersey Mike's training programs Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer This website is not operated by Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems.
