Real Estate Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Part Time | In Person | Tallahassee, FL
Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Work directly with Velinda Hittinger to help keep a growing business organized, creative, and connected to its clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships, and contributing ideas.

No two days are the same. You may be assisting with client communications, creating marketing materials for a new listing, coordinating an open house, or supporting a custom home design project.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with client communications and relationship building
• Maintain organized buyer and seller files and documentation
• Coordinate listing preparation, marketing, and vendor appointments
• Assist with social media content creation and marketing initiatives
• Help plan and support open houses, client events, and community outreach
• Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
• Maintain client databases and follow up systems
• Assist with special projects, including custom home development and design
• Occasionally run business errands or visit properties

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfort speaking with clients, vendors, and other professionals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust as priorities change
• Creativity and a willingness to share ideas
• Dependability and follow through
• Comfort using technology and learning new platforms

Experience with Canva, social media, scheduling tools, or client databases is helpful, but experience in every area is not required. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable communicating with people, and willing to learn and take initiative.

POSITION DETAILS

• Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week
• Weekly schedule to be discussed based on availability and business needs
• In person at the Armor Realty office in Tallahassee
• Reliable vehicle required for occasional business errands and property visits

ABOUT VELINDA

Velinda Hittinger is a Broker Associate and Realtor with Armor Realty in Tallahassee. An FSU graduate with a background in Retail Merchandising and Product Development, she brings a creative approach to real estate through thoughtful marketing, an eye for design, and personal attention to each client.

Her business is built on relationships, community connections, and helping buyers and sellers feel supported throughout the process.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
