Lakeshore Bone & Joint is seeking a Coding Lead to oversee coding operations, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with federal/state regulations. The role requires coaching staff, monitoring quality, and coordinating with multiple departments across Lakeshore facilities. The ideal candidate will hold a Medical Coding Certification, a high school diploma, and at least 1 year of healthcare management experience.
