Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Northpark Center - Dallas, TX)

Job Description Fabletics Retail is currently looking for a Part‑Time Retail Store Associate for our Fabletics Retail Store at Northpark Center - Dallas, TX. Overview Join our team as a Store Associate and help deliver a best‑in‑class retail shopping experience. You will empower customers to seamlessly connect their online and in‑store shopping journeys through innovative, cutting‑edge technology. Key Responsibilities Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion. Actively engage customers, sharing knowledge about the fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain store merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey. Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business. Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain all safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs.). Required Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment (preferred). Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and related healthy activities. Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment. Experience working with large teams. Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Physical ability to perform tasks such as constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two hours, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
