Nettleton Dental is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional patient care, helping individuals maintain their oral health and smile confidently. You will work closely with dentists and dental staff in a supportive environment that values collaboration and professional growth. Responsibilities
- Assess patient oral health and conduct dental cleanings
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Implement infection control and sterilization protocols
- Consult with patients about treatment and oral health needs
- Collaborate with dentists and dental team members
- Assist with scheduling and patient flow management
- Manage dental equipment sterilization and maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Dental Hygienist License
- Skill in oral health assessment and periodontal therapy
- Experience with dental radiography
- Strong patient communication and compassionate care
- Knowledge of infection control standards
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
