Advanced Practice Provider

PartnerCare is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our team in Macon, GA ! At PartnerCare, we bring together rehabilitation medicine, orthopedics, pain management, and therapeutic services to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals living with complex pain and musculoskeletal conditions. What You'll Do As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an important role in evaluating and managing patients with acute and chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions. You'll have the opportunity to: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations Diagnose and develop evidence-based treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic testing Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams Educate patients and families on treatment options and self-care Support interventional procedures as appropriate to licensure Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical needs Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols What We're Looking For Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with graduate-level training from an accredited program Current licensure or eligibility to practice in Tennessee Strong clinical background in medicine and management of acute and chronic conditions Experience in primary care, critical care, emergency medicine, or other high-acuity settings Current BLS and ACLS certification, or ability to obtain Excellent clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and communication abilities Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate patient care Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or musculoskeletal care is a plus Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Cordova, TN for an APP who wants to make a meaningful impact on patients' pain, mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
