Certifications/Licences:

• Current Ohio RN license;
• Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association only.
• ACLS from the American Heart Association only.

Mandatory Experience:

• RN Trauma Surgical ICU
• One year (1) Trauma or Surgical ICU experience.
• EMR Used EPIC
