• Hours/Week: 36 hours per week
• Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
• License/Certs: Ohio RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI (required)
• Experience: 2+ years ER experience, trauma, stroke, and STEMI certification preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced setting
• Perform triage assessments and initial patient evaluations
• Interpret dysrhythmias and administer emergency medications
• Assist with procedures such as sedation, ventilator management, and trauma interventions
• Manage pediatric emergencies, psych holds, and stroke patients
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal outcomes
• Support a patient ratio of approximately 1:3.5 during shifts

What You Need:

• Ohio RN license (active)
• 2+ years ICU or ER experience in a high-volume trauma or stroke-certified facility
• Proficiency with triage, dysrhythmia interpretation, emergency meds, and ventilator management
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly in emergencies

Preferred:

• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or stroke-certified environment
• Familiarity with EPIC documentation system
• Experience with procedural sedation and pediatric emergency care
