Senior Cost Control Analyst

Leading project cost management activities, the full-time Senior Cost Control Analyst will provide financial oversight, budgeting, and forecasting for large-scale construction projects while collaborating with various teams to ensure projects remain within budget and identify financial risks. Key responsibilities Develop and monitor project budgets from award through closeout, tracking actual costs against commitments Perform detailed cost variance analysis and prepare executive cost reports, including forecasts for labor, materials, and subcontractor costs Support pricing negotiations and review change orders for financial impact, ensuring all approved changes are incorporated into project budgets Required qualifications 7-10+ years of construction cost control experience Experience on projects exceeding $50M preferred Strong understanding of construction estimating, project controls, and scheduling Proficiency in procurement and contract administration Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
