Attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is a must and it is essential that this person has good knowledge of construction techniques/technology and real estate markets. **What This Job Involves:** * Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and track project budgets.* Work with stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)* Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to gather and analyze schedule-related information* Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and resource allocation issues* Perform critical path analysis and risk assessments to ensure project timelines are realistic and achievable* Generate and distribute regular schedule updates and progress reports to key stakeholders* Conduct schedule impact analyses for proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies • Mentor and guide junior schedulers, fostering their professional development* Implement and maintain scheduling best practices and standards across the organization* Participate in project meetings and provide expert scheduling insights and recommendations* Identify and analyse potential risks that may impact project deliverables, timelines, or budgets.* Research local, national and internal delivery times* Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor their implementation. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field* 7+ years of experience in project scheduling* Advanced proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously* PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification or equivalent is preferred* Expert-level knowledge of scheduling techniques and critical path method (CPM)* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex information* Excellent organizational and time management skills* Adaptability to changing project requirements and deadlinesThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
