NOW HIRING – PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES

Pay: $16.00/hour to start
T raining Day shift
Night Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour
Shift: Night Shift

We are currently hiring Production Associates to join our team. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who are willing to learn, follow instructions, and become certified.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a production team.
Follow directions from supervisors and managers.
Complete assigned production tasks efficiently.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Follow PPE and hygiene requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Monitor production and report any quality concerns.
Help meet daily production goals.
Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus.
Basic math skills.
Ability to follow instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to learn and become certified.

Pay Progression:
The starting pay is $16.00/hour

Night-shift employees will also receive an additional $0.75/hour night-shift differential .
