Full-Time Teacher of English Location: Burlington County Institute of Technology - Medford Campus Position Summary: BCIT is seeking a dedicated Teacher of English to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will hold a valid NJDOE Instructional Certificate in English and demonstrate strong knowledge of the subject area and effective teaching practices. The candidate should have the ability to foster a positive learning environment, engage students in meaningful instruction, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and families. Qualifications: NJDOE Instructional Certificate in Mathematics (required) Demonstrated knowledge of mathematics content and instructional methods Ability to maintain a supportive and structured classroom environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to working with a diverse student population Salary & Benefits: In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the annual salary range for this position is: $65,737 - $81,313 This position may also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, a retirement plan, and benefits supporting work-life balance. Note: Starting salaries typically fall within the lower portion of the range due to collective bargaining agreements.
