Collections Specialist Client in the Columbus-area is seeking a Collections Specialist to assist with member account follow‑up, customer outreach, and resolution of outstanding membership balances while providing top‑notch customer service to members. Salary is $41–$43k, DOE. ABOUT OUR CLIENT Well‑established membership‑based organization serving businesses throughout the region Collaborative, team‑oriented culture with a strong customer‑service focus Professional office environment with structured processes and established procedures Organization values communication, relationship building, and teamwork Great opportunity to gain experience in a highly visible role while making a direct impact on member retention and engagement as the Collections Specialist RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST Review member accounts and conduct outreach regarding outstanding membership dues through phone and email communications Follow established scripts and procedures to provide excellent customer service while resolving account concerns Research account discrepancies and partner with internal teams to identify and resolve issues impacting payment status Document account activity and maintain accurate records within company systems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST Must have previous customer service and strong administrative experience Must be comfortable using computer systems, phones, and multiple software applications Previous collections experience is a plus, not a requirement #J-18808-Ljbffr
