Our Farmers Insurance district is looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals interested in pursuing agency ownership. We offer multiple entry paths based on your experience, licensing, qualifications, and business goals.
This opportunity offers uncapped, performance-based earning potential. Your determination, sales activity, and ability to build client relationships will directly influence your income and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a client base
- Develop relationships within your community
- Network with Realtors, lenders, CPAs, attorneys, and business owners
- Help customers identify insurance solutions
- Develop sales, leadership, and business-management skills
- Work toward owning and operating a Farmers Insurance agency

No Insurance License? We Can Help.
An active insurance license is required before your start date, but you will not have to navigate the process alone.
Our district team will provide guidance and resources throughout licensing, onboarding, and training so you can begin building your business with confidence.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, management, business development, or insurance is preferred but not required.
This is a performance-based business opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position. Specific program requirements and available ownership paths will be discussed during your introductory call.
