Our client, a leading academic and clinical institution, is hiring a Psychiatrist to join their dynamic team serving the diverse community in Queens, NY. This is a full-time position focused on providing comprehensive psychiatric care within a bustling, multi-disciplinary outpatient setting. Responsibilities Deliver and coordinate outpatient psychiatric services, including Adult PHP, IOP, ACT, OnTrack, TMS, and general outpatient care. Oversee recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating clinical staff to maintain high-quality mental health services. Participate actively in teaching and supervising psychiatric residents, promoting academic growth and mentorship. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans tailored to culturally diverse patients. Engage in leadership activities related to program development and operational management of outpatient services. Requirements MD degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry. Current New York State Medical License, Medicaid number, and DEA registration. Strong interest in academic teaching, supervision, and leadership within a clinical setting.
