Detail-oriented and motivated, the full-time remote Claims Processor III will manage the accurate review, research, and resolution of moderate to complex claims, ensuring compliance with contracts and policies while serving as a technical resource for the team. Key responsibilities Review, research, and resolve claims utilizing reference materials and online tools Identify and resolve coordination of benefits and subrogation issues, communicating results effectively Act as the team's technical subject matter expert, providing training and support to new team members Required qualifications High School diploma or GED One (1) year of claims processing or customer service experience Understanding of Out-of-area programs Experience with in-team focused audits
