This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the manufacturing function. This position will report to the Logistics Manager Responsibilities Coordinate all export, LTL, and TL shipments Tender loads utilizing Ashland's TMS (Transportation Management System) Maintain and coordinate shipping schedule Prepare Bills of Ladings Print export, domestic and customer specific labels Use SAP to confirm shipments Assist with purchase orders, receiving, etc. Weekends are required as needed for month end Qualifications A minimum of a High School diploma 1-3 years in supporting shipping 49CFR, IATA and IMDG certifications, or be able to obtain Must be highly proficient in the use of computers: email, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Must be highly organized and self-motivated Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to multi-task Preferred Skills SAP experience, SAP & Accounting practices is highly desirable Microsoft products, excel, and word Location: Calvert City, KY Benefits & Compensation Industry competitive salary and benefits Pay-for-performance incentive plans In more than 100 countries, the people of Ashland LLC.
