Dental Hygienist 4 ½ day schedule available Our office provides exceptional care and service with a primary focus on TMJ/Cosmetics/Reconstructive Dentistry. We offer: Competitive Pay Bonus Incentives Medical Insurance 401k with Match Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Preventive Treatment Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), periodontal scaling, and root planning Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting Take and process dental X-rays and digital scans Apply sealants, fluoride, and desensitizing agents Patient Education Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and long‑term oral hygiene habits Provide nutritional and lifestyle guidance related to oral health Treatment Coordination & Documentation Review and update medical histories and patient records Collaborate with the dentist on treatment planning Document clinical findings accurately in patient management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) Infection Control & Equipment Care Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA guidelines Clean, sterilize, and prepare instruments and treatment rooms Qualifications Licensed Dental Hygienist in Texas Current CPR/BLS certification Proficiency in Patient Management Software Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Schedule Monday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Tuesday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Wednesday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr
