Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. The technologist will prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, operate radiation detection and imaging equipment, perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures, and follow radiation safety protocols to ensure patient and staff protection.

Minimum Requirements

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology or equivalent.
• Current CNMT certification.
• Active Texas Medical Board registration or state license to practice nuclear medicine in Texas.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and Texas radiation regulations.
• Experience operating GE nuclear medicine equipment and familiarity with GE cardiac imaging systems.
• Experience with common nuclear medicine procedures (bone scan, thyroid, renal, hepatic, gastric emptying, pulmonary ventilation, HIDA, GI bleed).
• BLS certification.
• Ability to float to X-Ray as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Y-90 procedures.
• Experience with lymphoscintigraphy procedures.
• Experience working with MediTech EMR and McKesson PACS.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 09:30 to 18:00.
• Rotating on-call responsibilities and willingness to assist with weekend shifts.
• Scrub color: hunter green.
