What You’ll Do Lead high-energy, structured birthday parties for children of all ages Run games, activities, and gym time while keeping kids engaged and having fun Take charge of the full party experience—from start to finish Create a smooth, stress-free experience for parents (they’re here to celebrate—we handle the rest!) Adapt to different group sizes, personalities, and energy levels Support set-up, transitions, and clean-up to ensure parties run seamlessly What Makes This Role Special ​You’re not just “helping” at a party—you’re running the show.
