CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST Per Diem

Responsibilities Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) Per Diem position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA. Reporting to the Senior CLS/Supervisor, this position assists in the operation of the Laboratory by performing specialized tasks involving medical laboratory testing. Performs and reports results of tests and assumes responsibility for accuracy. Assists in training and orientation of new technologists. Directs work of laboratory assistants and auxiliary personnel. Maintains working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures. Understands and complies with all quality control policies. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Corona Regional Medical Center. It is expected that the employee demonstrates behavior consistent with core values and supports the strategic plan and performance improvement goals. Qualifications Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License required.
