Electrical Engineering Supervisor – Manufacturing Location(s): Fort Worth, TX; Grand Prairie, TX; Wendell, NC. Responsibilities: Successfully defines workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness. Decisions impact business operations at a moderate to high level. May develop departmental budgets, business plans, and recommend organizational structures. Assess and recommend changes in methods or procedures within the area of responsibility. Identify resource needs and develop justification. Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems. Qualifications: B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience demonstrating engineering progression in a manufacturing environment, or experience as an Engineering Supervisor/Team Lead. Skilled with AutoCAD. Experience in power distribution. Legally authorized to work permanently and continuously in the United States without sponsorship from the company. Relocation may be considered for the right person. Preferred Qualifications: SAP, Teamcenter, Compas. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing. Benefits: Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits. The pay range for this position is $102,459–$175,644 annually with a target incentive of 10% of base salary.
