What You Can Expect

You will step into a busy pediatric practice with patients already waiting to be seen. Our goal is to give you the support, resources and trusted relationships needed to grow confidently as a provider.

You will have room to develop your own clinical style while working alongside experienced doctors and a team that is available when you need guidance. Whether you are completing residency or have been practicing for years, we want you to feel supported, not micromanaged.

Our Culture

We believe people do their best work when expectations are clear, communication is honest and they feel respected.

We understand that people have families, responsibilities and lives outside of the practice.

We are not a corporate office. We are a family-owned practice that believes excellent patient care and a healthy team culture should support one another.

The Doctor We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate:

\n
• Has completed or is completing an accredited pediatric dental residency
\n
• Holds or is eligible to obtain a Florida dental license
\n
• Provides ethical, high-quality clinical care
\n
• Communicates well with children, parents and team members
\n
• Treats assistants and administrative team members with respect
\n
• Is dependable, emotionally mature and team-oriented
\n
• Wants to build a career and a life in the community
\n
• Is comfortable stepping into an established, full patient schedule
\n

New graduates and experienced pediatric dentists are welcome to apply.

Life on Florida’s Space Coast

Our practice is in the heart of Satellite Beach, a relaxed coastal community on Florida’s Space Coast. The Atlantic Ocean is approximately a two-minute walk from our front door, taking a walk on the beach before work, at lunch or after the last patient an actual possibility.

The practice is also surrounded by highly regarded local public schools, with elementary, middle and high school options nearby. Satellite Beach offers the feel of a close-knit beach community while still providing convenient access to Melbourne and Orlando.

For a doctor looking to build both a career and a life in Florida, it is a pretty special place to call home.
