This is a senior-level, hands-on industrial maintenance position supporting metal fabrication and CNC production equipment. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC laser cutting systems, CNC turret/punch presses, press brakes, and combination laser/punch machines, along with strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting capabilities.Position OverviewThe Maintenance Technician III serves as a senior technical resource on the production floor, independently diagnosing complex equipment failures, performing emergency repairs, supporting preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and helping minimize manufacturing downtime through root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Relevant equipment includes: CNC Laser Machines, CNC Turret Punch Presses, Press Brakes, Combination Laser/Punch Machines. Experience with leading fabrication equipment manufacturers such as TRUMPF, Amada, Toyokoki, or Diamond is particularly valuable.Work EnvironmentThis position works directly around manufacturing and production equipment and may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, electrical hazards, and moderate to occasionally loud noise levels. General industrial maintenance experience alone is not sufficient without relevant CNC laser, turret/punch press, press brake, or comparable fabrication-equipment experience.Brand Experience: Experience with TRUMPF, Amada, Toyokoki, or Diamond equipment is highly relevant. Candidates from comparable fabrication equipment manufacturers may warrant consideration when they demonstrate directly transferable troubleshooting and repair experience.Education Note: A college degree is not required. An Associate or Technical degree in a related field is preferred. Relevant vocational/technical training, manufacturer training, military mechanical/electrical training, certifications, or extensive directly related hands-on maintenance experience may also provide an appropriate technical background.
