Oversee clinical, operational, and financial performance of the Radiology Department

Lead staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, and strategic planning

Multi-modality imaging experience preferred

Collaborative, community-focused healthcare environment

Oversee daily radiology operations, staffing, scheduling, and department performance.
\n - \n
Manage departmental budgets, equipment contracts, and operational expenses.
\n - \n
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards.
\n - \n
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient care.
\n - \n
Collaborate with hospital leadership, physicians, and clinical departments.
\n - \n
Oversee staff recruitment, training, mentoring, and professional development.
\n - \n
Develop strategies to support departmental growth and imaging services.
\n

ARRT certification required
\n - \n
Radiology or imaging department leadership experience required
\n - \n
5 years of radiology experience preferred
\n - \n
3 years of supervisory experience preferred
\n - \n
Multi-modality imaging experience preferred; strong single-modality leaders considered
\n - \n
Knowledge of budgeting, healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement
\n - \n
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
\n
