Geriatric Neurobehavioral Therapist
GuideStar Eldercare
GuideStar Eldercare seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to address neurocognitive disorders and other neurologic or psychiatric conditions. The role includes evaluating residents, providing therapy, coordinating care with facilities and PCPs, and communicating with families as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr GuideStar Eldercare
