We're looking for an experienced Head Cook to lead our kitchen team and oversee daily food preparation and service.

The ideal candidate is a dependable, organized leader who takes pride in preparing consistently high-quality food while maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting the kitchen team during preparation and service
• Preparing and presenting menu items to established standards
• Coordinating kitchen workflow to ensure timely, consistent service
• Monitoring food quality, portions, and inventory
• Ordering supplies and helping control food costs and waste
• Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with food-safety requirements
• Training kitchen staff and reinforcing proper cooking techniques
• Collaborating with management on menus, specials, and kitchen operations

Qualifications:

• At least four years of experience as a Head Cook, Lead Cook, Sous Chef, or in a similar role
• Strong cooking, organization, and time-management skills
• Experience supervising or mentoring kitchen staff
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and able to communicate clearly with the team
• Availability to work the schedule required by the business, including weekends and holidays as needed

This is a full-time position paying $1,500–$2,000 per week, depending on experience and qualifications.
