Key Responsibilities Conduct regular assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, establishing treatment plans tailored to their unique situations. Provide direct clinical services through virtual consultations, ensuring accessibility of mental health support to clients in various locations. Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care. Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing risk assessment techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and develop collaborative strategies for improving client outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus This position focuses on serving clients suffering from various mental health challenges, including severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses. Our clientele often includes individuals from historically underrepresented communities, requiring cultural competency and sensitivity when developing treatment plans and therapeutic relationships. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory. Active LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with team members. Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload efficiently. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
