  • Shift differentials offered: midday/evening shift ($2.00) and overnights ($2.00) and weekends ($1.50)

What You'll Do:  

• Support residents with daily routines, including grooming, dressing, and overall well-being within an assisted living community
• Follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation to ensure consistent resident support
• Conduct routine resident check-ins to promote comfort, safety, and engagement
• Assist residents during meals and provide support with mobility and assistive devices as needed
• Build positive relationships with residents and encourage participation in community activities and daily routines
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a welcoming, resident-centered experience that enhances quality of life

What You'll Need:  

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required) 
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred
