Our team includes a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists — a distinction held by less than 1% of PTs nationally — plus multiple Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialists and EIM Residency graduates.
New grad or experienced PT, there‘s a real path here. New grads train alongside clinicians who actively teach DPT students and mentor residents. Experienced PTs get genuine autonomy and teaching opportunities on a team already operating at a fellowship-level standard.

Responsibilities:
* Perform outpatient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education for return-to-sport and everyday recovery
* Treat orthopedic and sports injuries using dry needling, AlterG anti-gravity treadmill, and blood flow restriction training
* Track progress with objective outcome measures and adjust care plans accordingly
* Collaborate with a residency- and fellowship-trained team
Qualifications:
* Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT), or eligible for NC licensure
* Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine PT
* New graduates and experienced clinicians alike encouraged to apply
* CPR and First Aid Certification required
