Civil Engineer Total Project Manager

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on ownership, leadership, and building lasting impactboth in projects and in business. Key Responsibilities forCivil Engineer Total Project Manager:
- Lead total project management across site development, transportation, utilities, and stormwater projects
- Oversee all phases: conceptual design, permitting, construction administration, and project close-out
- Manage internal project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget performance
- Maintain direct communication with clients, agencies, and contractors
- Drive business development, proposal writing, and client acquisition
- Collaborate on long-term growth strategies, operations, and team development
