This position is for experienced detailers only. Please do not apply if your experience is limited to basic wash and wax services.

Tint World Coconut Creek is seeking a high-level automotive detailer with advanced paint correction and ceramic coating experience .

This position is for a professional who takes pride in producing exceptional finishes on high-end and enthusiast vehicles.

Our facility services vehicles where precision and craftsmanship matter , and we are building a team of technicians who want to operate at that level.

The right technician can grow into an amazong earning opportunity through a combination of skill, efficiency, and commission-based production.

This Role Is For Someone Who

• Takes pride in perfect paint finishes
• Understands paint systems and defect removal
• Knows the difference between basic polishing and true paint correction
• Is organized, self-driven, and accountable
• Wants to build a long-term professional career

Required Experience

• Multi-stage paint correction
• Machine polishing
• Proper compound, polish, and pad selection
• Surface preparation and finishing techniques
• Ceramic coating installation

Experience applying coatings to:

• Paint
• Glass
• Wheels
• Leather
• Interior textiles

You should understand how different pads, abrasives, and chemicals work together to achieve the highest level of finish.

Additional Opportunities

Technicians who want to expand their skills will have opportunities to cross train in:

• Paint Protection Film (PPF)
• Window Tint Installation
• 12-Volt electronics & automotive accessories

These additional skills can significantly increase your earning potential.

Application Requirements

To be considered for this position, please include:

• A portfolio or Photos of at least 3 vehicles you have personally completed paint correction on
• A brief description of the process, compounds, pads, and machines used
• The brand of ceramic coatings you have experience installing

Optional but preferred:

• Before and after photos of correction work
• Any experience with PPF or window tint

Applicants who can demonstrate craftsmanship and product knowledge will receive priority consideration.

Compensation

• Full-time position (5 days per week)
• Base pay + production commission
• Compensation negotiable based on skill level

Top technicians in high-end detailing environments can earn $70k – $100k+ annually depending on skill, production, and experience.

Experience

• 3–5 years preferred
• Strong foundational paint correction experience required.
