Position Summary: 

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages to guests and enhancing their overall casino experience. 

Essential Responsibilities:  

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation guidelines.

• Ensure that all drinks are prepared with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on preferences.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and providing guests with correct change.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure that glassware, utensils, and bar equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Monitor beverage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted service.
• Report any shortages or discrepancies in inventory to bar management.
• Familiarize yourself with the casino's drink menu and promotions, actively promoting specials and new offerings to guests.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, monitoring guest behavior, and refusing service to intoxicated individuals.
• ·Ensure that guests are of legal drinking age and verify identification when necessary.
• Comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and casino policies related to alcohol service and responsible gaming.
• Attends all mandatory trainings.
• Must keep up to date with TEAMS certification and alcohol awareness training.

Position Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal, for interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems and credit card processing.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 $24-$30 per hour (base wage plus tips). Tips vary by location and will fluctuate.

Physical Requirements: 

Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, maybe exposed to secondhand smoke except and varied light levels, including flashing lights. Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
