Although the position is remote, LCSWs will consult with school staff, parents, and students regularly, ensuring that therapeutic practices align with the school’s educational objectives and individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Maintain precise and timely documentation, including clinical and progress notes, adhering to established departmental policies to ensure accountability and compliance.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to formulate comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

  • Engage with family members and support systems to discuss treatment strategies and coordinate discharge planning, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and needs of each patient to enhance their therapeutic outcomes.

  • Conduct regular counseling sessions with patients to deliver direct therapeutic intervention and modify treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations of progress.

This role primarily focuses on supporting children and adolescents within the school system who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a social worker, demonstrating the ability to provide effective and empathetic support to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
