Pay: $22.00/Hour Job Duties:
- Receive wheat shipments
- Collect grain samples throughout the day
- Perform wheat grading and quality testing
- Operate grain grading laboratory equipment
- Run routine grain and wheat tests
- Enter testing data into computer systems
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Hand off required paperwork to truck drivers
- Maintain accurate data reporting
- Follow sanitation and quality control procedures
- Perform safety audits and maintain safety standards
- Communicate with lab staff, mill teams, maintenance, customers, and visitors
- Work rotating shifts, including harvest season, weekends, and holidays when required
- Stand for extended periods (full shifts)
- Support flour manufacturing through raw wheat analysis
- Minimum 1 year of relevant laboratory, grain, or agricultural experience
- Ability to learn all phases of grain grading
- Experience operating grain grading and lab equipment preferred
- Basic computer skills (data entry, spreadsheets, reporting)
- Ability to read, write, understand instructions, and perform basic math
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively with team members
- Must be physically able to stand for 8+ hours daily
- Reliable transportation required
- No wheat or dust allergies
- Ability to maintain high standards for quality, sanitation, and safety
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, seven days/week during harvest season
- Onsite availability (100% onsite role)
