Leasing Consultant

Noble Properties is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team in Cary. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, giving apartment tours, and helping maintain strong occupancy across our communities. Noble Properties, a locally owned apartment company rooted in the Raleigh area since the 1990s, owns and manages apartment communities in Raleigh, Cary, and Garner, providing well‑maintained housing and responsive service to residents. Our team focuses on professionalism, strong communication, and maintaining high occupancy across our portfolio. Compensation & Benefits:

• 22 per hour base pay
• 75–$150 commission per new lease

Additional $100 leasing bonus per lease shared among office staff 401(k) with 3% company match Health reimbursement through ICHRA Paid time off Paid holidays Employee rent discounts (where available) Education reimbursement for industry certifications Responsibilities Leasing & Sales Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents Respond to online, phone, and walk‑in inquiries Follow up with prospects and convert leads into signed leases Process applications and prepare lease documentation Assist with resident move‑ins and leasing paperwork Resident Experience Assist with lease renewals and resident retention Respond professionally to resident questions and concerns Work closely with the property manager and maintenance team Office & Marketing Support Maintain accurate guest cards and leasing records Track leasing traffic and applications Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives Ensure the leasing office and model apartments are presentable Qualifications Required: 2+ years of multifamily leasing experience Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and detail‑oriented Professional and reliable Preferred: Experience with Rent Manager or other property management software Preferred: Experience with online leasing platforms such as Apartments.com or Zillow Requirements Valid Driver’s License Ability to walk the property and conduct apartment tours Ability to work in‑person at the community Equal Opportunity Employer.
